Partner – Sales & Marketing

Originally from Manchester, UK, Phill has lived and worked on the Costa del Sol for over 35 years. He founded one of the first estate agencies in La Cala de Mijas in 1995 and brings unrivalled local knowledge across sales, marketing, investment and property photography to the Quantum Realty team.

Originally from The Netherlands, Anouk brings a native Dutch perspective to the Quantum Realty team and leads our outreach to Dutch and Belgian buyers. Anouk and Carlos: A Story That Started in The Hague

Anouk Nuttall Martinez grew up in Delft and studied Hospitality Management at the Hotel School of The Hague. It was there that she met Carlos — born in Málaga, raised on the Costa del Sol and, like Anouk, drawn to the world of hospitality and personal service. Within weeks of starting their course they became a couple. What began in The Hague would eventually return to where Carlos grew up.

After completing their studies, Anouk and Carlos moved to the Costa del Sol, where Carlos had deep roots and family connections. Joining the Quantum Realty team was a natural step — combining their hospitality background with an intimate knowledge of the region and a genuine care for their clients. Today, Carlos and Anouk lead much of the client-facing work, guiding buyers and sellers through every step of their property journey with the warmth and personal attention that has become a hallmark of Quantum Realty.

Phill and Antonia: The Foundation of Over 35 Years

Phill Nuttall is originally from Manchester and moved to the Costa del Sol in 1989 — when the region was far less well-known than it is today. He began his career here in legal and municipal administration before moving into real estate in 1992. In 1995, Phill and Antonia opened their first office in La Cala de Mijas — one of the very first estate agencies to establish themselves in this coastal village. What started as one office grew over the following years into five branches along the Costa del Sol.

Antonia Martinez spent years as a paralegal at a well-regarded Marbella law firm specialising in property law. She worked daily with international clients, guided conveyancing processes from start to finish, and built an exceptional understanding of Spanish property law, planning regulations and finance. When she and Phill established Quantum Realty, that legal expertise became the backbone of everything the agency does — ensuring every transaction is handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.
