Quantum Realty is a trading name of Quantum Living S.L. registered Estate Agents in the Malaga Chamber of Commerce. The principal shareholders and Directors have been directly involved in all aspects of estate agency on the Costa del Sol since 1992, with Quantum Realty established as a family-run independent agency in 1995.

Their wealth of experience and ability to access some of the finest properties available in Marbella, Mijas, Estepona and across the Costa del Sol make Quantum Realty an excellent choice for international buyers. All members of the team are trilingual in English, Spanish and Dutch, with intimate knowledge of Spanish property law, planning and finance.

Antonia Martinez

Antonia has been at the heart of Costa del Sol real estate since 1992. A specialist in Spanish property law, she has worked extensively with notaries, lawyers and banks throughout the region, ensuring every Quantum Realty transaction is handled with the highest level of legal expertise and care.

Phill Nuttall
Partner – Sales & Marketing

Originally from Manchester, UK, Phill has lived and worked on the Costa del Sol for over 35 years. He founded one of the first estate agencies in La Cala de Mijas in 1995 and brings unrivalled local knowledge across sales, marketing, investment and property photography to the Quantum Realty team.

Anouk Nuttall Martinez
Partner – Sales & Marketing

Originally from The Netherlands, Anouk brings a native Dutch perspective to the Quantum Realty team and leads our outreach to Dutch and Belgian buyers. She specialises in our new build and off-plan portfolio and has an in-depth understanding of what international buyers are looking for on the Costa del Sol.
