All rentals include bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and access to community facilities shown in the property listing (pool, gym, parking where available). A full breakdown is shown on each Airbnb listing before you book — there are no surprise charges on arrival.
July and August are the hottest and busiest months. May, June, September and October offer excellent weather with fewer crowds — often the best months for a relaxed beach holiday. November to March is ideal for golfers and those who enjoy a quieter, cooler break with mild daytime temperatures and no queues.
Yes — most of our properties are well suited to families. Community pools, beach proximity and spacious terraces make them ideal for family holidays. The El Chaparral and La Cala area is particularly family-friendly, with calm beaches and plenty of activities nearby. Check individual listings for specific suitability details.
Parking availability varies by property and is stated clearly in each Airbnb listing. Most of our El Chaparral properties have dedicated underground or community parking spaces included. If you're hiring a car, check the listing details before booking.
Minimum stay requirements vary by property and season. During peak summer months many properties have a 5–7 night minimum; shorter stays are often available outside peak season. Contact us if you need a stay that doesn't fit the standard listing — we're often flexible for direct bookings.
All our properties are locally managed by the Quantum Realty team. We conduct a personal check-in to welcome you and walk you through the property, and we're on hand throughout your stay for any questions or issues. Our office is in El Chaparral — right in the heart of where most of our rentals are located — so we're never far away.
